Current Research Interest

  1. Characterize the rice plant varieties under control and field environment
  2. Identify spectral signatures of major weed using the hyperspectral camera under control and field environment
  3. Formulate predictive model based on saliency features to forecast weed on rice infestation in real-time using satellite imagery, odor signal processing and saliency images
  4. Develop Decision Support System model for risk management of weed in rice
