The courtesy visit was led by YBhg. Prof. Dr Shahrul Razid Sarbini, Director of UPMKB to the office of The Honourable Dato Sri Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts and Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development.

Among the talking points was the collaboration that will be implemented with his ministry for programmes related to youth, performing arts and entrepreneurship in Sarawak. The Honourable Minister has, in principle, agreed to support the implementation of the Sarawak Youth Semarak Programme which will be held in 2022 and 2023 at UPMKB.

Also present were YBrs. Dr Kamil Latif, Principal/Head of Student Affairs, Mr Noor Hakim Ahmad, Head of Administration and Mr Mohamad Syukri Mohamad Adnan, Senior Assistant Registrar, UPMKB Student Affairs Division.
