Bintulu 17 January, - The technique in communication has now become an important aspect of the students and the outside community with a total of 174 participants getting some tips from the great speakers who were invited to the Putra Bakti: Time's Up!  It's Time To Shine organized by students of the Art of Submission Group 101, Semester 1 academic session 2021/2022, Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus, Sarawak

The programme director, Ms. Ervinna Rebecca Temah Anak Endawie said, the main purpose of the programme was not only to share from experienced speakers but also to discover the secrets behind the knowledge of submissions when in public.

The programme invited several great speakers including Mr. Muhammad Aiman Bin Arshad (Alumni UPMKB), Encik Mohammad Erfanishah Bin Abdullah (Professional and Certified Motivator & Coach), Mr. Muhd Zulhafriz Aadel Marzuki (Senior Executive Petronas), Ms. Joyana Dilam Anak Clement (Graduate of Universiti Sains Malaysia), Mr. Steward Raymond Anak Dawi (TvS News Reporter and Presenter) and Mr Sudirman Bin Asmadi (Head of Academic Management and Research Division  UPMKB).

Some of the sharing topics and communication techniques that have been shared by the speakers are the secret behind arguing, some tips to get rid of nervousness when arguing, how to increase confidence when speaking in public and many more secrets that participants have learned from invited speakers.

The programme was held for two days and there were activities conducted such as quizzes in the form of Quizizz to the participants as well as video screenings from sponsors and videos of appreciation to sponsors and behind-the-scenes crews who made the programme a success.

The participants have succeeded in getting secret and some tips that can help them solve problems in communicating and provide feedback through an assessment form that states this program provides knowledge and benefits to them. The participants also hope that this program can be held once again.
