Heartiest congratulations to the researchers from the Institut Ekosains Borneo (IEB), Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Sarawak Campus, Professor Dr. Ahmed Osumanu Haruna (Head of Borneo Biodiversity Laboratory, IEB) and Dr. Latifah binti Omar (Research Associate, IEB) who won five awards in an invention/product entitled Soil Conditioners for Soil and Crop Health at the 13th European Exhibition of Creativity and Innovation, EUROINVENT 2021, Iasi, Romania. A total of 5 awards have been won, namely:

1. EUROINVENT 2021 Gold Medal Award
2. Diploma of Excellence in EUROINVENT 2021
3. Special Award Diploma of the "Stefan cel Mare" University of Suceava, Romania
4. Special Award of Turkish Inventors Association (TÜMMÄ°AD)
5. Special Award of Toronto International Society of Innovation & Advanced Skills (TISIAS)

Researchers who are also involved are Dr. Kevin Muyang Tawie Sulok, Dr. Adiza Al Hassan Musah, Ms. Liza Nuriati Lim Kim Choo, Ms. Shajarutulwardah Mohd Yusob and Ms. Rosliza Shamsuddin.
