Introduction:

Over the years, proliferation attentions have been demonstrated especially in the psychological concept of resilience including the one that decrees psychological health, enhance personal alteration, and unpredicted positive magnitudes in the presence of malicious or destructive events. It is a struggle for every human being to cope with unpleasant emotions and painful circumstances. Thus, the ability to manage with such emotion and event is termed as resilience. Resilience can also be defined as a personality attribute which facilitates individuals to cope with adverse feeling and psychological outcomes of difficult circumstances and negative events effectively and to rebound back from them. Typically individuals are often referred to as resilient in the face of difficulties such as the occurrence of abuse or cruelty, distressing trauma experiences, and continuing stressors.
