Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus participated in the Outreach Program UPU2U (Sarawak Zone) Lawas Division at the Lawas Indoor Stadium on 28 October 2022 organised by UiTM Samarahan in collaboration with the Student Admission Division of IPTA/University Centre Unit (BKPA,JPT@UPU).

The implementation of the program is to promote and disseminate higher education opportunities to IPTA and the Public Skills Training Institute (ILKA) as well as to be the main platform for BKPA to convey information to applicants and the public through the implementation of applications for admission to the relevant IPTA and ILKA through UPUonline.

A total of 12 IPTAs and ILKS who participated in the program included Universiti Putra Malayisa Bintulu Campus which sent 2 Academic Officers, namely TS. Dr. Suhaili Bin Mustafa and Dr. Ahmad Mustafa Bin Mohamad Pazi.

The program was officiated by Dato Henry Sum Agong who represented Datuk Amar Haji Awang Tengah Ali Hasan. Also present were Dr. Saimi Bujang who represented the Rector of UiTM Sarawak Branch.
