20 August 2022 - Mental Health Workshop conducted by the Human development and Humanities Department in collaboration with the Student Affairs Division, UPMKB. The program has successfully carried out a total of 6 activities perfectly.

This program has received a warm response from the participants, namely the students of UPMKB who have given excellent feedback and are active in every activity that has been carried out.

Counsellors were also able to have a variety of positive impacts on the participants and helped participants to get tips on coping with and identifying mental health problems.

Last but not least, we would like to thank all parties both directly and indirectly. Hopefully, the program can be organized again in the future. The Mental Health program will continue the next day on 21 August 2022 along with the upcoming mental health exhibition and closing ceremony.
