A good emcee or host is a person with practical skills and soft skills to manage and prepare for the course of an event so that the event is conducted smoothly and lively.

Skills and knowledge in organizing events are encouraged to be learned as these skills can be useful when managing an event and may also be used when working in the future.

Therefore, the students of QKT2101 Arts of Argument (Group 1), took the initiative to organize the Putra Bakti Talk Show which was held at Bilik Kuliah 7, Dewan Kuliah Utama, Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus (UPMKB) on 19 March.

Therefore, the students of QKT2101 Arts of Submission (Group 1), took the initiative to organize the Putra Bakti Talk Show which was held at Bilik Kuliah 7, Dewan Kuliah Utama, Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus (UPMKB) on 19 March.

There were many participants who showed the potential to become a host during the program. This Program provides an opportunity for the attendees to develop skills and gain knowledge on the hosting of the event with activities provided by speakers who are well versed in the field of hosting the event. The invitees for this program were Ali Sabri Saber Ali Khan and Nathuhain Ibrahim.

The program was held with the aim of improve thinking skills as well as courage in the management of the event. Among the activities that can enhance the skills and courage is in the group activities of the participants asked on stage to talk about a product that will be provided by the guest speakers. Here they can increase the power of thought and cooperation with the members of the group.

There are also activities that encourage participants to improve their hosting experience such as experiencing a real situation in the first slot run by Ali Sabri.

The activity involved the participants acting in groups on stage. Each group is assigned a different scenario related to the stamping in the event where there will be a lawyer. The participants as well as the group need to work together and play the character as the person involved in the event mentioned in the scenario.

This activity makes the participants try to speak as an emcee and gain an idea or experience of how the protocol of the event is conducted based on the type of event. The best group for this activity received RM50 in cash.

In the next slot the speaker explains how to become a great host of the event run by Nathuhain. In this slot more activities and knowledge can be gained. The speaker provides an excellent activity to raise the spirit and confidence in the participants to speak in public.

Participants will also be able to understand the process of becoming a council's sculptor from how to write scripts according to the ceremony to how to cast their voices at the time of the ceremony.

At the closing ceremony of the Putra Bakti Talk Show Program, cash was given to invited speakers as consolation. In addition,the two best participants from Group Training (LDK) 1 and 2 were awarded the best group winners prizes. Participants are given e-certificates of participation and appreciation through Google Form content posted on group chats in the WhatsApp app.
