Bintulu, 27 July 2023 - Prof. Dr. Shahrul Razid Sarbini, Director of Campus, UPMKB in a meeting slot with New Students Academic Session 2023/2024 (Diploma and Preparation of Diploma in Science) in his speech stressed to new students not to neglect the responsibilities and trusts of mothers and fathers. Students have to study hard while at university even though they will face various challenges during their tenure at university.

Students are reminded to continue to strive for success as they are one step ahead in their pursuit of dreams and ambitions. In addition, he also asked new students to accept the challenge positively. The inspiration given by the parents has enabled the students to overcome all the challenges and pressures and obstacles in their studies better, more mature and successfully.

As students, students should take care of their personality and do not turn their backs on whatever they do to gain blessings in the pursuit of knowledge. Appreciate moms and dads as long as they're still there.

He said the sacrifice of parents in terms of time, energy, financial resources and patience is a noble sacrifice that the students should not forget.

Once again, congratulations to all new students for successfully pursuing their studies at UPMKB and being able to study at one of the best universities in Malaysia.
