Around the Closing Ceremony of the Community Agricultural Skills Development Program of Rumah Jungan Anak Mitoh in Bintulu, Sarawak.

The program organized by UPMKB in collaboration with the University Community Transformation Centre (UCTC) and the Rumah Jungan Anak Mitoh community was held for 6 months with 4 major projects namely Fertigation Agriculture Project, Entrepreneurship Project, Education and Personality Project and Child Development Project.

The program was mobilized with a fund of RM31,000 through the KTGS grant. From July to December 2022, the program was successfully conducted and received positive responses and overwhelming response from the Rumah Bungan community. The Honourable Dato Sri Tiong King Sing, Member of Parliament for P217 Bintulu Minister of Tourism also contributed RM100,000 for the implementation of the program in the community for 2023-2024.

Also present at the ceremony was The Honourable Prof. Dr Shahrul Razid Sarbini, Director of UPMKB Campus, The Honourable Prof. Dr Loh Teck Chwen, Director of UCTC as well as officers and students.
