There are four knowledge sharing sessions to prepare youths who are interested in entrepreneurship ranging from the role of entrepreneurs to marketing in the digital age, effective financial management and financial assistance provided to youth and exposing youth to opportunities from the existing business space.

According to the director of the Putra Bakti Future Entrepreneur: Road To Success Wan Amrin Aniq Wan Abu Manshor Program, this activity was carried out to provide exposure on the correct way of earning income. In addition, it can also increase the knowledge among the community on money management.

Each speaker slot session provided new knowledge to each participant. First, a talk delivered by Muhammad Abdul Rahim Habib entitled "The Psychology of Successful People". His talk on human psychology had a positive impact on the participants to live a challenging life.

The second slot entitled "The Way To Be Success" was presented by Safura Bakery owner Siti Nursafura Che Man.

Next, the third slot was filled with Dr Anita Rosli's talk entitled "Entrepreneur and Business". He has successfully increased his knowledge on suitable products and services for the participants who want to start their business.

Next, the last talk slot was delivered by Dr Aryaty Alwie entitled "Entrepreneurship: Sources of Finance". He gave the participants early exposure on the ins and outs of starting a business as well as how to manage their finances properly.

In addition to lectures, other programs that took place were Ice Breaking, LDK 1 namely Business Simulation Game, LDK 2 namely We Think We Sell and LDK 3 namely The Creative Promoter.

Business Simulation Game is an activity where participants must decorate their cakes with their creativity. The participants were divided into six groups. We Think We Sell is an activity to promote cakes that have been decorated on social media such as Tiktok.

For the final activity, The Creative Promoter, participants need to promote the selected items. It aims to provide a platform that allows participants to share ideas, get inspired in building something new, build business networks and find new investors to grow their business.

The closing ceremony was officiated by UPMKB management representative Fakhzan Buang. He stated that this program has a good impact as well as a focus about the surrounding community who are under-employed.

Therefore, according to him, such programs are very helpful to the affected people especially the youth to generate a more profitable income.

According to the Program Facilitator Roslan Ismail, as a result of the narrative of UPMKB Vice-Chancellor Dato' Professor Dr Mohd Roslan Sulaiman: "He said that in 2023, UPM is targeting 90.5 per cent of Graduate Employability with 8 per cent of graduates entering the business field.

“"While, a total of 130 student entrepreneurs are targeted to register their business with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

This shows that our students are more involved in doing business. I believe that entrepreneurs are the backbone in our economy..

"They create jobs, stimulate growth, and spur innovation. They are the ones who take risks and pursue ideas that can change the world.

I also encourage you all to embrace your in-house entrepreneurs. Take risks, learn from failures, and persevere in the face of challenges.

Pursue your desires and turn your ideas into reality. The world needs your creativity, your innovation and your drive to succeed.

"Hopefully, this program will be able to continue and can be supplemented with new programs that have "demand" in the market and are more open to the idea of using modern technology to increase productivity" and achieve #UPMKBMansang as in line with the concept of "University For Society".
