On 24 February 2023, the Faculty of Agricultural Science and Forestry (FSPH) organized an FSPH Appreciation and Alumni Ceremony 2022 at Goldenbay Hotel Bintulu.

 

The ceremony was attended and officiated by YB Dr. Ripin Lamat, N.72 Lambir Assemblyman, with YBrs Haji Zainal Abidin Haji Abdullah, General Manager of Harwood Timber Sdn. Bhd. also present as co-sponsor for the event.

 

Dr. Zamri Rosli, Dean of FSPH in his speech expressed appreciation to the faculty staff who have given outstanding achievements and outstanding commitment throughout their service at the faculty.

 

YB Dr. Ripin Lamat, who is also the Deputy Minister of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneurship Development of Sarawak, also expressed his appreciation and hope that the faculty staff will continue to maintain excellent performance in the future.

 

He also commented on the function of the faculty as an academic entity that drives the education of the nation's children supported by the faculty staff as the backbone in the development of useful human capital.
