The 'HEALTH Warriors Webinar' organised by Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Sarawak Campus (UPMKB) in collaboration with three professional speakers went well through the Cisco Webex application, recently.

The webinar consisted of three slots, namely the first slot "Gain confidence through our smile" from the speaker Dr Bakshish Singh Gill, the second slot "Your story matters" delivered by Associate Professor

Dr Mohd Hebrew Shahrimin Adam Assin and the third slot "Make your illusion clear" from Dr Mohd Asyraaf Abdul Kadir.

QKK2101 Course Facilitator Dr Nurul Nadwa said the webinar enables students to improve their communication skills in reaching agreement through effective discussions between group members, providing opportunities and exposure for students to implement the program as well as inculcating the spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance among students.

He said, through this webinar, students can learn various skills, show skills and gouge out their talents and abilities in controlling activities in order to produce superior, authoritative and scholarly students and students.

Programme director Henry Unggang Uning said the webinar highlighted solutions to health problems such as eye, dental and mental care, knowledge shared by the three speakers in line with the webinar objectives.

"This webinar is expected to improve the quality of life of students and the off-campus community so that they will focus on the health of not only the body but also dental hygiene, mental health and eye health," said Henry Unggang during the closing ceremony of the 90 participants' programme.
