STUDENTS OF DIPLOMA IN AGRICULTURE ENGINEERING JOIN "2018 SUMMER COURSE PROGRAM ON GREEN TECHNOLOGY FOR SUSTAINABLE TROPICAL AGRICULTURE” AT BOGOR AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY (IPB), INDONESIA
Three student of Diploma in Agriculture Engineering participated in the "2018 Summer Course Program On Green Technology For Sustainable Tropical Agriculture "at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Indonesia from 12th to 21st August 2018. They are:
This activity involved a series of lectures, field training such as oil palm plantations and paddy fields, technical visits to the Research Institute for Estate Crop (coffee and tea), and a group discussion on technology and sustainability of tropical crops.
No entry fees apply to students. All expenses for the program include food and transportation from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to the IPB campus are covered by the IPB throughout the program.
The involvement of students in this mobility program is an extension of a working visit and a MoU that has been made by Dr. Wan Nor Zanariah bt. Zainol @ Abdullah, from the Department of Basic Science and Engineering, UPMKB on 2nd to 8th December 2017 through the Research Attachment Program at Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia.
