The Career Starter for Youth (CS4Y) Economic Generation Seminar was held on 18 June 2022 (Saturday) at the 2A Central Lecture Hall, UPM Bintulu Campus organized by the Institute for Leadership Excellence Development (i-LEAD), Ministry of Youth and Sports in collaboration with the Faculty of Humanities, Management and Science UPMKB.

The aim of this seminar program is an initiative to develop Soft Skills for UPMKB students for career development in the future. This soft skills knowledge will be the starting point and guide for UPMKB students in recognizing and highlighting the potential of the students. A total of 120 students were involved in this programme involving Bachelor of Science in Manusa Development with Management, Diploma in Fisheries and Diploma in Human Development. Three (3) slots in this program are 9 Principles, Yes or No and Success Stories/Job Creator. The CS4Y Seminar Programme was officiated by YBhg. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohamad Maulana bin Magiman, Dean, Faculty of Humanities, Management and Science, UPMKB
