Congratulations to Dr. Tengku Sharifah Marliza Tengku Azmi from UPMKB for winning the Best Poster Presenter award for her academic poster presentation with the title 'Synthesis and Characterizations of Nickel Supported on Activated Charcoal and its Application for Green Fuel Production' at the Conference on Advanced Materials Characterization Technique 2019 (AMCT2019) held from 22 – 24 July 2019 at Hotel Putra Regency, Kangar, Perlis.

The conference was organised by Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP) to provide opportunities for the individuals and organisations involved in characterisation techniques for advanced materials as well as to share their opinions and experience in the field of research. Besides that, AMCT2019 also became a platform for information exchange, discussion into scientific challenges and findings and inter-organisational networking.
