Everyone wants a healthy life. But many people who fail to live healthy. Why this happens? One of the causes of this is because of the lack of awareness among all of us.
There are too many reasons and reasons for living well. And every reason and reason is dependent on one another and can not be separated. Among the essential elements applied in a healthy lifestyle is Keeping Everyday, Exercising or Recreation, Keeping a Home or Environmental Hygiene, Making Health Checks, and Avoiding Health Impairment.
One of the branches of a healthy lifestyle is Exercise or Recreation.
Realizing that fact, Universiti Putra Malaysia has set up Putra Fitness @ UPMKB program. It is one of UPMKB's initiatives under the Community Development program where UPMKB strives to create a health-loving culture and healthy lifestyle through Exercise and Recreation. Among the programs that have been organized are Ecofit Road and Trail Challenge and Farley Run.
