Since yesterday after we sent the invitation regarding our new event,

we received lots of positive response that many students from our partner universities are looking forward to join “Tsuku-Chat.”

In order to get an idea of the approximate number of participants before the event,

we would like to ask all expected students to fill out a registration form (sign-up) to participate in the event.

Attached document is the NEW poster of Tsuku-Chat.

It contains the information regarding the sign-up.

I know you’ve already posted/shared the old poster to your students,

but could you please share this New poster to your students and promote our “Tsuku-Chat”?
