UPM Bintulu Campus provides wired and wireless internet service to campus residents. This facility uses the user authentication portal before accessing the internet. You need to enter the UPM ID and password to use it.

For new students, the UPM ID account needs to be activated by activating the student email first. Service assistance can be obtained from the Information Technology Division Staff.

For UPMKB's official guests, the UPMKB will provide visitor accounts for access to the internet within the campus.

Any internet service assistance may be channeled to Information Technology Division during office hours at 086-855288.
